My product arrived damaged.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately by clicking on our live chat button or via email at CS@Stophia.com. Please do not destroy the box or packaging materials or throw away the broken items, just hold on to them until you speak to us.
This isn’t the product I ordered.

We have many quality checks in place to guarantee that we do everything possible to guarantee you get the exact item you ordered, but in the rare event that you don�t, please contact our Customer Service Department by live chat or email us anytime, 24/7 at CS@Stophia.com and we’ll fix it.
If you would like to check on your shipment, simply log in to your account and checking under your “Order History”. Your account link is at the top right hand side of our site to access and get the details of your order and tracking information on your shipment.
If you are waiting for a shipment, there is also a small chance that we were not able to fully process your order due to insufficient billing or shipping information or a typo in entering your credit card information, or expiration date.

If your order was not processed due to an out of stock item or a backordered product, you will be notified via email when the item will be ready for shipment. You may refer to each individual item page for more information on the availability of each product.
You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-72 hours of shipment.
How do I change/cancel an item?

When will my backorder arrive?
It usually takes two weeks for us to get backordered items back in stock. As soon as the shipment of new stock arrives, we will ship your item out to you. You will receive an email confirmation when your backordered item has been shipped. We are unable to provide exact arrival dates for specific items, but most items do arrive back in stock within our two week time frame.
